How long does shipping take?

We aim for that “clean drop experience”: you order, we process it quickly, you get tracking, and it shows up at your door without drama.

We keep it simple and transparent:

- Free shipping for orders $100+
That means if you hit $100, shipping is on us — easy win.

For sizing issues or change of mind, we offer store credit (often with an extra $10 bonus) so you can easily place a new order. No return is required, but no cash refunds for these cases.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right.
If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email/message us within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- photos of the packaging (if relevant)

How do refunds work (if applicable)?
If a refund is approved (for example: a valid damage/incorrect item situation), we’ll process it within up to 14 days back to your original payment method.
What if my package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it?
First do a quick check (this solves it most of the time):

- Ask neighbors or building reception/mailroom
- Wait a few hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered slightly early)

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
